Assign a Program to a Location

Assign a Program to a Location

Assigning a Program to a Location is Step 4 of the process described in How the UMix System Works.

This is the final step.  After this, the UMix player in the location will get your assigned program and play according to your selections.
  1. Pick playlists you want to hear (check boxes)
  2. Add playlists to your schedule (drag/drop)
  3. Add a schedule(s) to your Program (drop-down list)
  4. Associate a Program with each location (drop-down list)
There's nothing to it.  Just use the drop-down on your Locations page to assign the Music Program to the location.

Assign a Program to a Location

We save your changes immediately.  If you are using our Android version 15.6 music player or later, your changes are pushed to the players immediately, and you will hear the change after the current song completes.  Older versions make take about 30 minutes.
