Grouping Locations

Grouping Locations

Overview

Customers who manage multiple locations may want to group them to play specific music or messages for a particular set of locations. You can group locations for any reason.

The benefit of groups is that once set up, you can return later and use the drop-down to switch to a different program or campaign, and the change applies to all locations in the group automatically.

How to Set Up Groups

  • Click Groups in the left menu, add locations to your group, select a Music Program and optional Message Campaign, and save.
  • Create as many groups as you want.
  • Later, changing the Music Program or Message Campaign will automatically apply to all locations in the group.
