Credit Card

The email you receive with your invoice attached includes a link to that invoice in our billing portal, where you can pay by credit card. Invoices under $500 can be paid by card right away, with no fee. To pay an invoice over $500 by card, submit a support request and we will turn it on with a 3% convenience fee.

Bank Transfer

Submit a support request to let us know you wish to pay by bank transfer.  We will then enable the feature so you can add your ACH information directly in the UMix payments portal.  You can apply it to an individual invoice and optionally check a box to save it for future payments.  ACH bank transfers carry a $5 fee per transaction.
