Song Requests

Song Requests

Even with our impressive song library, we understand that on occasion customers want a song we don't already have. This procedure explains how to get new songs added to our library. Song requests are $3 each.

How to Initiate a New Song Request

  1. Click Songs > Requests in the left menu.
  2. Click the + button and enter the song information. Use the comments field to tell us if you want an entire album, several songs from the same album, or anything else relevant to that request. Click Save to submit the request. Repeat until you are ready to order your batch of songs.
  3. Submit a support request to tell us you are ready to order and what you are ordering. Use dates, song titles, and artist names to help communicate what you want from your list.

What We Do

  1. We'll send you an invoice listing the songs on your request at $3 per song.
  2. After payment we'll process the songs. Typical lead time is 2-3 days.

Notes

  • We use songs affiliated with the major U.S. Performance Rights Organizations (PROs): ASCAP, BMI, and Global Music Rights. We do not use SESAC-affiliated songs.
  • Each PRO has a repertory search feature on their site. We suggest screening your requests using SESAC's repertory search tool to rule out any SESAC-affiliated songs before submitting.
  • If we are unable to deliver a song for any reason, we will credit your account accordingly.
