UMix Service Checker

The UMix Service Checker is a fast and easy way to confirm for yourself that the UMix Service is up and running.  You should get a message confirming that the UMix Service is up and running.  It looks like this:

How to Use and Interpret

If you are checking from the same device that is playing music (our player or your system) and the Service Checker shows the system is up, then the music player should have no trouble reaching our servers.

If it fails from that same device, check it from another device in your location that you know can reach the internet.  If the second device is successful, then you have an Internet connection problem from the player device.  Use this article, Troubleshooting Player Offline, to bring the player back online.

If the second device fails, submit a support request to us.  At this stage either your local Internet may be down or our service is down.  It's more likely that you are having some local Internet issue than it is that our service is down.  But in any case we will get to the bottom of your issue.
