UMix Service Checker
Overview
The UMix Service Checker is a fast and easy way to confirm that the UMix service is up and running. You should get a message confirming the service is available. It looks like this:
Service Checker URL: https://api.myumix.com/index.aspx
How to Use and Interpret
If you are checking from the same device that is playing music and the Service Checker shows the system is up, then the music player should have no trouble reaching our servers.
If it fails from that device, check it from another device in your location that you know can reach the Internet. If the second device succeeds, then you have an Internet connection problem from the player device. Use the Troubleshooting Player Offline article to bring the player back online.
If the second device also fails, submit a support request. At that point either your local Internet is down or our service is down. A local Internet issue is more likely, but either way we will get to the bottom of it.
