Add More Users

Your UMix account has two types of users:

  1. Subscriber Admin - Has complete control and authority over all music account functions.
  2. Subscriber Manager - The same as Admin with one exception - Managers are not able to update basic account information or add, edit, or delete other users.

To add a user to your account, Subscriber Admins click the Users tab on the left menu, then the "+" icon.

If your Admin leaves your organization, submit a support request and we can promote a current Subscriber Manager to the Admin role.
